We kept within tight budget constraints, despite the project taking over 18 months from initial enquiry to securing the contract.

Project Description

A new build development: We had several meetings with the client to look at areas that could be value engineered to keep under their tight budget. The contract package changed multiple times, including the layout of roof, which meant the PV element had to be redesigned and the route of the main submain that powered the building was changed halfway through the install.

Throughout the project we were flexible to last minute changes, accommodated the redesigns and found cost savings at each stage, ensuring costs remained within the initial budget.
