Office fit-out within a large industrial unit
Project Description
Construction of offices, storage facilities.
Further works included refurbishment of landlord core areas and upstairs offices.
The project was made challenging, we had to suspend containment through the constructed offices on the ground floor from purlins at 12 meters high.

- Validation and testing of the existing electrical installation
- Strip out of redundant electrical services
- Mains & sub mains to serve new areas
- Main & secondary containment
- Installation of small power using compartment dado trunking to all walls
- Power poles
- Mechanical supplies
- Lighting and emergency lighting designed and installed throughout
- Fit-out of the landlord core areas throughout the building (staircases and toilets)
- Testing and commissioning
