Testimonial
One of the most challenging aspects of this project was the nature of working within the confines of a listed building which required bespoke solutions and flexibility from Murray and Jones. Although they were employed by a Main Contractor, Murray and Jones ensured there was direct contact day to day on site to enable completion of works to our exacting requirements.
Murray and Jones were provided with very detailed setting out drawings which we discussed in numerous team meetings on site to clarify any queries before the work commenced. This level of detail was essential to the success of the project and their commitment to understanding the scope fully in the first instance avoided delays and ensured the work was carried out as per the specification.
Our remit included vintage light fittings; Murray and Jones were tasked with the assembly of these, including wiring of brown antique braided cable wire resulting in an authentic installation which is admired by many of our guests.
