Regency refurbishment for Albion House

Murray & Jones has been appointed as the electrical contractor for the refurbishment Albion House in Ramsgate, Kent, by My Seaside Luxury – Ramsgate’s luxury holiday accommodation specialist.

Built in 1789, this Regency building was most recently used by the council as offices and enjoys exceptional views over Ramsgate Harbour. The refurbishment project has the dual task of preserving as many original features as possible, whilst creating a well equipped, luxury, 21-bedroom hotel. The task for Murray & Jones is to complete a full electrical installation incorporating all the modern requirements for access, heating, lighting, data and security.

This is another great appointment for Murray & Jones and we are proud to be selected as the electrical contractors to work on this new, boutique hotel for Ramsgate. Albion House is scheduled to open for guests in Autumn 2014.
